Kinsyu

Kinshu is a Japanese-style grill in the Jeonpo alleys of Busan that serves yakiniku. Cuts such as beef tongue, anchangsal, and tosisal can be ordered as a set, and several sauces and side dishes come with the meat. Artificial snow falls at the entrance, and the restaurant draws enough customers that a phone reservation or a wait is required. Prices are on the higher side.
