Jangeo-daum

Jangeodaeum is an eel restaurant in Busan that grills sea eel and hagfish. For sea eel, you choose the size and it is served half salt-grilled and half marinated, with the marinade on the mild side. A medium order of hagfish is enough for four people, and the lettuce wraps for it are generous. The eel soup is slightly spicy and carries a scent of sancho.
