Hanseong-Gag

Hanseonggak is a Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves cold udon and jjajangmyeon. The red menu items on the wall are what it does best, and yaki udon and ganjjajang are also on the menu. The interior runs up to the third floor and requires climbing narrow stairs, but there are many tables. The jjamppong broth is clean-tasting, with only a mild level of spice.
