Gozip Seomyeon is a charcoal grill restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving galbi and whole pork belly smoked over straw. The galbi is first grilled over charcoal, then smoked over straw, and staff grill it on a cast-iron griddle. While the initial grilling takes about ten minutes, rice in a pot cooked with solid fuel finishes, and the meat is cut together with mung bean sprouts.
