Gogi Gamsung Main Branch

Gogi Gamsung Main Branch is a grilled-meat restaurant next to the Chevrolet Gaegeum Service Center in Busan, serving samgyeopsal (pork belly), ogyeopsal, pork jowl, and beef over charcoal. Orders of samgyeopsal and ogyeopsal come with various sauces and lettuce wraps, and at lunch the kitchen also turns out kimchi stew, jeyuk bokkeum, and milmyeon. On weekdays the wait has run about an hour, and reservations are accepted only for the previous day, not for the same day. The basic side dishes are sparse.
