Geumho Hoejip

Geumho Hoetjip is a hoe and seafood restaurant in an alley in Busan. The hoe is cut large and long, eaten with seaweed, vegetables and ssamjang, and the meal also includes flatfish jeon and hamo. The owner wraps the first ssam and mixes bibim noodles midway through the hoe. There is a room for group dinners, and the hoe is expensive.
