Gardena

Gardena is an Italian restaurant in Busan that operates out of two large converted houses in an alley next to the Nonghyup in Dangam-dong. It serves wood-fired oven pizza and thin pasta, with grilled bread and condensed milk brought out before the meal. About ten cars can park in the lot in front of the yard, and popular menu items run out of ingredients early. Many of the dishes are salty, which leaves you thirsty after eating.
