Daega Milmyeon

Daega Milmyeon is a milmyeon restaurant in Busan that serves mul milmyeon as its main dish. The thin noodles are chewy, and the clear broth has no cinnamon aroma and comes with a strongly sweet, spicy sauce. Office workers make up much of the lunchtime crowd, and hot broth is available for self-service. The noodles are served thin, and the dumplings are not made in-house.
