Chorokseom Miyeok

Chorokseom Miyeok is a Korean restaurant near Busan City Hall and Yeonsan-dong that serves miyeokguk. The seaweed soup is boiled for a long time, giving it a soft texture and a deep flavor, and the restaurant also sells hwaeo hoe and squid (hanchi) and yangji mulhoe. The jaecheopguk set meal comes with vegetables and side dishes, and the mulhoe portions are large. Prices are on the higher side.
