Choeup Park Dwaeji Gukbap

Choeup Park Dwaeji Gukbap is a gukbap restaurant in Choeup, Busan, serving dwaeji gukbap, sundae gukbap, and pork jowl suyuk. The sundae gukbap comes with a clear bone broth and four to five large glass noodle sundae, with dadegi and salted shrimp served on the side. Kimchi and kkakdugi are made in-house, and sikhye is served after the meal. The gukbap is not seasoned, so diners add dadegi and salted shrimp to taste, and children are given a separate portion of broth.
