Chai Hong is a neighborhood Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves Chinese noodles. Its jjamppong is like a spicy seafood stew with Chinese-style noodles added, and the restaurant also sells tangsuyuk. Gan-jjajang is a noodle dish made with a fermented bean paste sauce and seafood.
