Busan Wonjo Haemultang Jjim

This is a jjim and tang restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving haemul-tang, monkfish jjim and kodari jjim. The haemul-tang, which includes abalone and ttak-saeu, is covered with a dome-shaped lid and cooked at the table, with the ingredients cut into pieces that are easy to eat.
