Busan Galmaegi

Busan Galmaegi is a small Chinese restaurant in Busan that specializes in gogi jjamppong with a heavy broth. The jjamppong is cooked over high heat and comes in three spice levels, from 1 to 3. Each bowl is served with a small portion of rice, and delivery orders make up much of the business. The dining room has about four tables, so seating is tight during meal times.
