Bistro Bong

Bistro Bong is a one-chef restaurant near Busan Citizens Park that serves Spanish courses. The menu includes beylota Iberico and paella, with Spanish dishes given a fusion treatment. The Christmas special pairs an eight-course meal with four wines, and reservations and parking are available. The Basque cheesecake whole cake is takeout only and cannot be eaten in the restaurant.
