Bibibaba

Bibibaba is a restaurant in Busan that serves milmyeon, thin and chewy wheat noodles. The mul milmyeon comes in a cool, clean broth, while the gao-ri hoe bibim milmyeon is served with sweet-and-spicy seasoning and chewy raw skate. Orders are placed at a kiosk, then you take a seat and hand the number ticket to a staff member. You can cut ttaengcho from the self-service bar and add it, and takeout and meal kits are also available.
