Yonggwang Hoetjip is an old raw fish restaurant in Bosu-dong, Busan, serving seasonal aged hoe and fresh hoe. The thick slices of hoe are dipped in a chojang with minari, and the side dishes include whole steamed squid and braised eel. Maeuntang comes with the meal, and after eating you can walk through the used bookstore street in Bosu-dong next door. Food tends to come out slowly.
