Surimwon

Surimwon is a restaurant near the beach in Ilgwang, Busan, serving monkfish dishes: agujjim, agutang, and agusuyuk. The agujjim and agusuyuk have tender monkfish meat and come in generous portions. The agutang is ordered per person and has a clean, mild flavor that is easy on the stomach. The agujjim contains a lot of starch and is on the rich side.
