Jangchunbang is a Chinese restaurant in the Chinatown in front of Busan Station that serves gunmandu, ganjjajang, and tangsuyuk. The gunmandu have thin wrappers and juicy filling, and the tangsuyuk has a thin batter and tender meat. It is known as a filming location for the movie Oldboy, and the food is made with less sweet, salty, or greasy flavor. The gunmandu have less distinctiveness compared with other mandu shops in Chinatown.
