Ilcha Hoetjip is a raw fish and seafood restaurant inside Jungang Market in Busan. Alongside thick slices of hoe, it serves salt-grilled king prawns, beef steak, grilled fish, sushi, and grilled eel. Many dishes arrive before the main hoe, so diners fill up early, and without a reservation there is a wait. For guests who come only for the hoe, the main portion feels small.
