Halmae Son Sikdang is a restaurant in Busan that serves son kalguksu, Hwanghae-do mandu-guk, and gimbap. The noodles are thin and low in flour taste, the broth is clean, and ttaengcho jeotgal ganjang is served alongside. At lunch the crowd is large enough to require waiting, and the small hall means you may wait while tables are cleared. In summer the mandu-guk is not available and is replaced by son kalguksu.
