Ganghakgu Cham Gukbap

Ganghakgu Chamgukbap is a gukbap restaurant in Incheon that serves ppyeodagwi haejangguk and sundae gukbap. The soup base is doenjang, with ugeoji and meaty bones, and the sundae gukbap comes with generous fillings. In the ppyeodagwi haejangguk, the meat on the bones is soft and the bones separate easily. The restaurant currently offers takeout and delivery only, with no dine-in service.
