Bokhwaru Jungwhayori Bupyeongjeom is an old Chinese restaurant on Bupyeong Pyeongnidan-gil in Incheon that serves ganjjajang, jjajangmyeon, and tangsuyuk. The ganjjajang is made as a true ganjjajang rather than by adding a few onions to ordinary jjajang sauce, and dongparyuk and chapssal tangsuyuk can also be ordered. The dining room is not large, so at lunch you write your name on a waiting list and may wait about 10 minutes. Portions can be slightly small for an adult man.
