Kouraku Park sits in Bunkyo City, Tokyo, reached by walking from Iidabashi Station along the north side of Koishikawa Korakuen. It holds a children's playground and a large baseball field, and the field is covered entirely in artificial turf. Opened in May 1978, the park covers about 5,770 square meters, with a public restroom and a drinking water point near the playground. The playground is not large and has few pieces of equipment.
