Baegnyeon-Og

Baengnyeonok is a monkfish restaurant in Bokhyeon-dong, Daegu. It serves monkfish suyuk, monkfish tang, and monkfish jjim made with hwal-agU, and also uses live monkfish taken from its tank. The monkfish innards come out before the main dishes, and the saeng-agU tang with plenty of bean sprouts has a clean-tasting broth. Parking holds only four cars, so drivers use the Lotte Mart across the street or a paid lot beyond it.
