Sushi Kuduk

Sushi Kudoku in Busan serves a sushi omakase course. The course centers on akazu-seasoned shari and fish sushi, running from chawanmushi to a matcha dessert. It lasts an hour and a half and begins once all guests are seated. The akazu shari can taste unfamiliar to those not used to it.
