Mirador de l'Alcalde

Mirador de l'Alcalde sits near Montjuïc Castle and looks out over the sea and the city of Barcelona. The sea side is open, with views as far as Sagrada Família and Barceloneta beach. From the funicular stop, a walk of about 15 minutes uphill passes the statues of Dante and Carmen Amaya, and a snack stand is right beside them. Trees and the hill in front block the view toward the city, so the panorama is limited.
