Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen (Siam Center)

Tonkotsu Hwasan Ramen is a ramen shop in Siam Center, Bangkok, serving tonkotsu ramen and Japanese side dishes. The Umakara ramen comes with noodles, fried garlic, bean sprouts and a seasoned egg in a rich broth topped with chili oil. For the dolsot ramen, staff pour hot broth at the table, cover it with a volcano-shaped lid, and open it when the hourglass runs out. The tonkotsu shoyu ttukbaegi ramen is less salty than standard tonkotsu shoyu, and the chashu is soft.
