Tto Kuay Jab in Bangkok is a Chinese noodle shop serving pork broth and kuay jab noodles. The kuay jab comes with fried pork and cilantro in a clear, light broth, and the shop also sells shrimp dumplings and dim sum. Cilantro is added by default, so you have to ask for it to be left out when ordering, and locals eat it with rice. It has a pork smell.
