Nusantara by Locavore is a home-style restaurant in Ubud, Bali that serves modern interpretations of dishes from across Indonesia. Sets come with rice and several Indonesian side dishes, and the menu lists ingredients, spices, and cooking methods for each item. Five sambal sauces with crab aroma can be ordered or purchased separately. Pregnant guests are given a different dish in place of raw fish, and the food overall is seasoned heavily and salty, so it is eaten with rice.
