Kubu is a fine-dining restaurant inside the Mandapa Ritz-Carlton hotel in Ubud, Bali. It serves a 10-course tasting menu using Balinese ingredients, with a map explaining where each ingredient is produced. Meals take place in separate cocoon spaces by the river and last more than two hours. Prices are on the high side.
