Cau Chocolates

Cau Chocolates is a chocolate factory in Cau, Tabanan, Bali, that also runs a cacao farm and fermentation facility. It shows the process from cacao pod to finished chocolate and offers tastings of several flavors. On the farm tour, staff explain cacao cultivation and the fermentation and drying of the beans, and visitors can cut open a cacao pod and taste it. Meals are available at a coffee shop and restaurant beside a stream.
