Ukonya

Ukonya is a cafe in Asakusa beside the Sumida River, looking out at Skytree and the Asahi headquarters, and serves matcha, coffee, and simple meals. Its signature item is a matcha experience set in which the matcha is whisked by hand to make foam, served with matcha ice cream and mochi. The cafe has tatami seating and menu explanations are available in English. The space is not large.
