FEBRUARY COFFEE ROASTERY is a small cafe behind Sensoji in Tokyo. It serves Geisha and Vietnamese hand drip using beans it roasts itself, and also sells pudding. Orders can be placed in English, and when you ask about grind size for beans, staff grind a sample into a bag. Seating is limited.
