Bongdeok Kalguksu

Bongdeok Kalguksu is a noodle shop near parking lot 7 of Seoul Grand Park in Gwacheon that serves shabu-shabu and kalguksu together. The shabu-shabu comes with minari, beef, and mushrooms, and the meal finishes with hand-pulled fresh noodles and fried rice. Weekend waits are long and the shop closes every Monday. The noodles go in when the broth is at a rolling boil and need to be stirred, and the default portion of beef is small.
