Hello Vietnam Rice Noodle is a Vietnamese restaurant across from Andong Station. A Vietnamese person runs it and serves pho, fried spring rolls, and banh xeo. Cilantro comes only when you ask for it, and the pho has a clear broth with a lot of beef. The space is not clean and the table sauce management is lacking.
