Golmok An Son Guksu

Golmokan Son Guksu is a noodle shop in Andong serving hand-rolled noodles and geonjin noodles. The thin, soft noodles are made from dough with soybean flour, and the broth is a lightly seasoned vegetable stock. Geonjin noodles are served after May and change to warm hand-rolled noodles when cold winds begin. Hand-rolled noodles and deulkkae noodles come with rice, lettuce, and side dishes, and are traditionally eaten with millet rice on an old-style ondol floor.
