Abeno Harukas

Abeno Harukas is a complex in Osaka with an observation deck 300 meters up and a Kintetsu department store, directly connected to Tennoji Station. From Harukas 300 on the 60th floor, visitors see the city before sunset and the night view after dark, and the cafe on the 58th floor offers tea with a window view. Entry starts at 9 a.m., with tickets issued on the 16th floor before a dedicated elevator goes up to the 60th floor, and the souvenir shop and cafe open at 9:30 a.m. The observation deck is glassed in, so the sense of openness is limited.
