Dal-Imjae

Dalimjae is a milmyeon restaurant across from Busan Station that serves mul milmyeon, bibim milmyeon, and goldong milmyeon along with yukjeon and saeujeon. Goldong milmyeon tops chewy noodles with mushrooms, cucumber, carrot, and perilla powder, and the broth is added a little at a time as you eat. Kelp vinegar is provided separately so you can adjust the sourness of the mul milmyeon. The milmyeon bansang is sold in limited quantities, so it is hard to order it late in the afternoon.
