Paris-h

Paris-h is a bakery on the first floor of the Nakanoshima Daibiru building in Kita Ward, Osaka, selling hard-type breads and sweet breads. The menu includes kouign-amann, cheese bread, and sausage bread, with textures that are crisp or chewy. About 30 kinds of bread are displayed, and staff select and bag them for customers, with payment by cash only. The wait can take close to an hour.
