Caffé Ciao Presso Abeno Harukas

Caffé Ciao Presso Abeno Harukas is a cafe on the 17th floor of Abeno Harukas in Tennoji, Osaka, serving coffee and cake with views over the city. Lattes and cakes are served, and guests drink at window seats while looking out over the open scenery. To reach it, you take the elevator to the 14th floor and then the escalator up to the 17th, and the free observation area on the 16th floor is open even to those not using the cafe. Seats run short because students crowd in to study, and there is a time limit on use.
