A Happy Pancake is a cafe near Kandeo Hotel The Tower, on the way to Umeda Station, and serves souffle pancakes. The signature souffle pancakes have a soft texture that melts in the mouth, and whipped cream and vanilla bean ice cream can be added. At the pancake shop, orders are placed by QR code on the second floor of the building, and a waiting line can form in the morning. The shop is small, so it does not suit large groups.
