40 Sky Bar & Lounge is a bar inside Conrad Osaka in Osaka that serves food and drinks. Its Elizabeth-themed black afternoon tea arrives on a spiral staircase, and the aroma of the tea leaves comes through as well. Afternoon tea seating runs for two hours with a last order at 90 minutes, and TWG iced tea is also available. Drinks can only be swapped once the glass is empty.
