Ōsaka Prefectural Central Library

Osaka Prefectural Central Library is a large library located between Aramoto Station and Nagata Station, next to the Higashiosaka City Hall. It has shelves of specialized books on the third and fourth floors, window-side study seats, free Wi-Fi on every floor, and a restaurant and children's book area on the first floor. Books available for loan can be reserved and picked up at the reception desk, and the first-floor restaurant takes orders by meal ticket and closes after 2:30 p.m. Access by train is not convenient.
