Gióng is a large roastery cafe one block back from the beach road in Nha Trang. It roasts its own Vietnamese beans and serves Vietnamese phin coffee and V60 filter coffee, with arabica and robusta beans available to taste. At the bean counter, staff brew the selected beans in front of you and explain them in English. Prices are higher than at local cafes.
