Viet Kitchen is an international Vietnamese restaurant on the G floor of the Renaissance Riverside Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. It serves a buffet of Vietnamese dishes and seafood, including shrimp and steamed crab, along with pho, lunch tray rice, and various desserts. At lunch on busy days, the main dishes switch to a buffet format where guests can take unlimited servings. At breakfast, communication is possible in English, and the restaurant is also used for family meals and birthday gatherings.
