Sushi Hung NIDAIME is an omakase sushi restaurant near the entrance of the Japanese street in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The course moves through sashimi, aburi, chawanmushi and fried items, then five pieces of sushi, miso soup, maki and tamagoyaki. The sushi counter sits on the second floor of the bar, where the chef forms each piece in front of you, and private rooms are also available. The space is small.
