Unagi Yosakura

Unagi Yosakura is a Japanese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh that serves hitsumabushi, a grilled eel rice dish, and wagyu rice bowls. The hitsumabushi is eaten as is, then finished with ochazuke. Orders are placed by QR code and food arrives about 10 minutes later. There are only six tables, so a dinner visit without a reservation means a 40-minute wait.
