TOMIDAYA Ramen is a Japanese ramen shop on Pham Viet Chanh Street in Ho Chi Minh that serves tonkotsu and shoyu ramen along with tsukemen. For tsukemen, the noodle portion can be chosen by the gram, and the noodles are made in-house and served daily. Fried rice and karaage can be ordered together with the ramen and tsukemen. The tonkotsu broth feels like seolleongtang and is on the light side.
