Sushi Shinkon 心琿

Sushi Shinkon is a sushi restaurant near the Nguyen Hue pedestrian street in Ho Chi Minh that serves omakase. Its courses use Japanese seafood, tuna and various fish, presented with the chef's explanations. Instead of one fixed set, diners can discuss adjustments to the course with the chef, and bar seats allow a view of the cooking. The number of dishes in the course can feel small.
