SUSHI DON

SUSHI DON is a sushi restaurant on a side street off Le Thanh Ton in Ho Chi Minh City. It is run by a Japanese owner and serves sushi, sashimi and sake. At lunch there is a 12-piece omakase set, and on a Saturday at noon it was possible to sit at the counter without a reservation. The sushi comes out close to what is served in Japan and at high quality, and the staff are attentive.
